Come along to start your day with an exquisite high tide dip.
Cold water has been scientifically proven to improve wellbeing, reduce symptoms of depression and fatigue.
This event is all about being outside, meeting new people and feeling great.
Bring a cosy coat, some easy slip on shoes and something to protect your feet if you wish, e.g. waterproof socks or reef boots... A hot thermos of tea would also be lovely after the swim..
Please note that we will not be swimming very far out, and will stay in standing depth. Dipping and paddling is totally welcome...
You must be a fairly confident swimmer for this event.
Everyone swims at their own risk.
If you would like to ride share, get in touch to organise. This will save people having to pay entrance to the car park.
